Why did you decide to join us?

The opportunity to build and scale a new consulting unit strongly resonated with me. It combines entrepreneurial spirit with the responsibility and impact of working inside Škoda Auto at the intersection of strategy and execution. Škoda stands for smart products and a pragmatic yet confident culture — an environment I feel connected to from several years in management roles. Our strategic partnership with Volkswagen Group Consulting opens up a very broad playground and brings exposure to numerous exciting encounters and highly relevant problem settings within the Volkswagen Group context.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy the challenge variety and the opportunity to help shape the transformation path “from the inside,” especially in demanding times. I value the close and committing business partnership with Škoda’s business departments beyond classic project delivery. Particularly rewarding is selecting and developing our talents and collaborating with our international team of Everyday Explorers who are eager to learn, take responsibility, and create tangible value for our business partners.

Why did you decide to join us?

Joining Škoda Consulting was a natural choice after finishing my degree in international management and gaining experience abroad. For me, Škoda is a true "love brand", the first logo every child in our country recognizes, and I feel a strong responsibility to contribute to its success during this critical transformation of the European automotive industry. I wanted to be part of this newly established, agile team because it offers the chance to actively shape the future of a national icon and ensure that Škoda and VW Group remain competitive in an increasingly challenging global market.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy working in a close-knit team on strategic challenges that directly influence the long-term direction of the company. It is incredibly rewarding to apply my international perspective to solve complex problems at a moment where only the best automotive brands will survive. Knowing that our work helps navigate such a legendary brand through its most defining era is what keeps me motivated every single day.

What I enjoy most about my job is working in a consulting environment that allows me to focus on relevant, high-impact topics. While we mainly support one client, close collaboration with different departments on constantly evolving challenges creates a level of variety that continually motivates me. What I enjoy most about my job is the combination of intellectual challenge and tangible impact. I also appreciate the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
